it took almost a year but it’s not worth it… they never change and they just want to know if you are still available for them. Heal and move on, i’ve been in this cycle for 3 years and it was a mistake to reconnect after a year.

It wasn’t no contact I finally left him. Then he called me after MONTHS. Once I heard the “hello” i immediately hung up..trust me everything in me wanted to hear him talk but my brain knew I couldn’t put myself through another cycle ever again. I knew once I left I couldn’t come back and do it all over again.
