But honestly, we'd rather have a commission, it's easier to call out a centralized corruption than devolved one aki. I've been in interviews several times and honestly I've already given up on employment because everyone, and I mean Kila mtu pale county is just corrupt. if we want a very good change in all sectors of this country, we MUST have a very competent parliament. A working parliament is a working society, juu let's face it, judiciary and executive run rogue due to lack of oversight from parliament. You can call them coequal but bottomline whoever who has the power of the purse has the power, and guess who, PARLIAMENT!. This health sector should have been devolved in the first place, health has been such a struggle (understatement) in all 47.
