I’m 12 months post op MPFL and TTO and I can’t kneel at all although due to see my surgeon to discuss getting the screws out

I’m a year post and still can’t BUT FINALLY GOT A DATE FOR POST OP FOR MY REMOVAL SURGERY which will obviously still be a couple months but the metal work is the main problem here cause all your inside knee tissue are pressing down on the screws and plate and on hard floor the fat can’t redistribute around it so it feels horrible will update when i finally get it out and healed out form that I will find out

UPDATE: just remembered I had this and knelt on my balance pad, again the weird squishy jelly feeling a little uncomfortable in the main part of the knee, screws have pain assuming as they dont like any kind of pressure on them
