Damn. Never thought about it in this way but I’m absolutely going to be thinking about it going forward into any relationship from now on. As a reformed anxiously attached person, I think this would absolutely help to detach yourself from the emotional state and focuses on the logical parts of the relationship that don’t often get as much examination. However, as an overthinker and type-a organizer, I’m absolutely going to have to fight my urge to hand them a termination notice with all their infractions rather than giving the break-up speech. 🤣🤣🤣
