I’ve used a foam kit from Detroit muscle technologies for my second gens, and I’ve loved them every time I’ve installed them. They are definitely worth a try, a tad bit pricey but absolutely worth the money for restoring those HVAC boxes.

Not sure if this is for a customer or your own, but that was the perfect time to add sound deadening behind that dash and the roof so you could have a conversation going down the road 😂. I did that to one yrs ago and it was insane how well it cut the noise from that Cummins.
