as somebody who's been banned for no reason before and got their account back I can tell you you neeeeed to keep texting support even if they threaten you to close the conversation for you. there's a subreddit with good tips for cases like this it's important not to stop until an actual human reviews your appeal

probably an app or program running in the background that gets flagged by the system. or maybe something gets flagged with hardware? particular streamdeck you are using? otherwise make a ticket with blizzard support

If you touched ranked on either of your alts it’s banable. Once an account is banned if you hop accounts it’s considered ban evasion causing more problems and more bans.

overwatch uses a dumb system, it bans you based on how often you get reported rather than the accuracy of the reports. it happens a lot to pros and streamers where they get mass reported
