His report was so biased.. He reported what was convenient to them (prosecutors). He stated that when talking to Lindsay she seemed truthfully, was in a good state of mind etc but left out that she reported to him that “she used the same knife to cut the spring on the room window.” However, Reddington then said the window spring was NOT even cut.
