Actually Fitbit Air is the best band in the market for sleep tracking right now. You can check out The Quantified Scientist for real scientific reviews. He also explains how he does his tests and compares them to a real sleep tracker.

for cycling cirqa is 99.9% accurate compared to polar h10 which i tested in lab before soo its incredible but the second you start to sweat all the optic measure devices are shit (whoop are even worse)

fitbits algorithm for calorie burn is awful. over estimates a simple dog walk by 100 calories. selling mine and getting cirqa

Guys take this with a grain of salt. He is very biased for some reason. I have both Fitbit Air clears Cirqa in every comparison. You cant compare sleep scores they calculate it differently. I counted 200 steps, fitbit gave 200 exactly cirqa was off by like 10%. Both tracked every single sleep and nap exactly. I used free version on both and worked perfectly, i dont know what the issue with his is, and why isnt he mentioning the optional subscription for cirqa as well? He’s lying or he knows it’s just a bug that canceling the subscription would remove sleep, idk why he’s tryna make it seem like a thing. (Probably lying because free 3 month trial still havent finished if even you bought it on the first day it cane out so you cant cancel)
