Your COC literally explains the stipulations to you before you take one class. Also, never take college courses your first two years unless you’re completely trained & fully qualified to do your job. Otherwise you’ll have too much on your plate

Since when is a D not failing? Unless it is certain community colleges; It is failing. Also, Ds do not transfer to 4 year universities.
