If you decide to shop at Carter’s make sure it’s not with their credit card! They charged me a $60 fee for not paying the correct balance after their customer service representative told me my balance…he told me it was $18.10 which I paid but apparently it was $24 something. $60 fee for a $24 balance. Such poor customer service. After over 15 years of buying Carter’s clothing, I won’t be purchasing ever again!
