My luteal phase is killing me :
I think by 2 to 3 months your hormones start a steady return to baseline. Hopefully you’ll start to improve

You’ve come across my fyp multiple times. I have a 6 and 3 year old and can relate every time I’ve seen your videos. I kind of feel like I’m watching myself in you if that makes sense. You will get back above water one day🩵✨ Never stop talking about this, and celebrating. 🫂

8 months postpartum here & I remember sobbing thinking I’d never feel joy or like myself again 😭 if I can offer any advice is to be kind to yourself even if it’s the blob version of yourself you’ll look back at this version of yourself with so much gratitude & awe that you were able to make it out. Hang in there I promise there’s a light 🤍

No one celebrated me when my children were born. I literally disappeared to everyone around me. It was the loneliest time in my life.

Meds aren’t for everyone, but the saved me and my relationships. I felt so isolated, and the sundown scaries crept into every hour of every day. But you do get through it. You can’t go over or under, just through. You’re doing amazing. I hope you can truly feel that.

Things do get better every month. Currently at month 24 and it's the best one yet. I'm so over the top happy now but still look back at those first couple months PP and remember the odd foreign feeling I always had but just give it a couple months you're getting thru the toughest part and there's so much light at the end of the tunnel

So sorry you’re going through this. It should be a very happy time in your life, but I totally understand how you feel. Is there a time or a day that someone could watch the baby for you where you could go out maybe have a spa day just take some time for yourself and breathe. I mean your mental and physical health are very important also

This season of life is HARD. It really, really is. You’re in the thick of it right now and it truly does get easier. You’re going to come out of this and look back at this time thinking about how absolutely proud of yourself you are. The only way out is through and you can do it. I don’t even know you but I know you’re a great mom. PPD is a beast. Hang in there ❤️

I went through this as well. I had to go back on the medication i weaned from during pregnancy which I was disappointed to have to do but I couldn't find joy in anything. im 2 years pp and I do still struggle but it is better and manageable and you are going to get through this hard season of life.

If Zoloft isn’t helping u should switch, this particular medication I’ve heard is not good especially if u come off. Lexapro is a good one that may work much better. I would research many of them and go from there.

My heart goes out to you mama! You are not alone in this and although it is so hard to see a light at the end of the tunnel, it is there and slowly but surely you will get there and motherhood will feel like everything you ever wanted!🤍 I remember the first 3-4 months I was just surviving and trying to do right by my baby but I was so incredibly sad and hated being a mom. I questioned my ability to be a mom and thought I made a huge mistake. Truly toughest time of my life but here we are today 1yr PP and though motherhood is hard and not perfect (unfollow any unrealistic mothe
