@vchan118: In the High Fens, more than 3,000 hectares of natural areas have already been ravaged by fire. The King is traveling to the province of Liège to meet the teams mobilized to fight the blazes and ensure public safety. More than 500 personnel are on the ground working to bring the fire under control. The King first visits the provincial crisis center in Vottem, where he is briefed on the evolving situation and ongoing operations. He then travels to the coordination center set up at the scene of the fires to meet the teams working in the field.
