@cbsmornings: LINDSAY CLANCY TRIAL: Testimony ended abruptly Monday when a witness began speaking about Catholic religion and the defense called for a mistrial, which the judge denied. The judge did, however, reprimand the prosecution for the testimony. It was the second time religion has been brought up at the trial, in which Clancy has pleaded not guilty to charges of first-degree murder in the killings of her three children in 2023. #lindsayclancy
