InterLink’s seven priorities show a strong focus on this transition. Real-World Assets are a major part of the strategy. Through IBTE, InterLink aims to create infrastructure that can make it easier for businesses to tokenize real-world assets and move their business operations on-chain. This could help businesses use blockchain technology in practical ways rather than treating it only as a financial concept. ITL utility is also being expanded. The vision includes applications across travel, hotels, shopping, food, entertainment, gift cards, digital services, and many other categories. Greater utility can create more opportunities for ITL to interact with everyday economic activity. Open Mainnet, targeted for 2027, is another major step toward real-world adoption. As mobile mining ends, validators, staking, applications, external liquidity, and genuine on-chain activity will become more important. Connecting InterLink to the broader blockchain economy can create new possibilities for users and developers. Security remains a critical foundation. InterLink is researching and testing post-quantum cryptographic technologies to prepare for future challenges from advances in quantum computing. Institutional adoption is also part of the long-term vision. The Digital Asset Treasury Network has a target of at least 500 companies and institutions holding ITL, with more than 20% targeted to be publicly listed companies. InterLink is also working toward greater market access through potential Tier-1 exchange listings. Binance, OKX, and Coinbase are among the key targets, while liquidity, compliance, security, and institutional infrastructure remain important foundations. Finally, global participation depends on reliable verification. InterLink plans to improve verification infrastructure so more people can participate in digital asset ownership while maintaining strong identity, anti-fraud, KYC/AML, and compliance systems.
