The caption is BS. No plane can land in RU’s airspace w/o air traffic control approval—thats the 1st reason that tells u Russians knew. 2nd is the motorcade for US diplomat. 3rd, the plane has no Mig fighters escort. Any plane landing in a country with air force jets that is a threat (hijacked/bomb threat onboard/foreign aircraft w/o country’s prior knowledge) will have air force jets on its front and tail—there are no air force jets in sight. What the Russians supposedly said is opposite of what our eyes see/our brains tell us.
