You are my inspiration so I really hope you reply to this! I am trying to become as flexible as you, I saw in one video you said you trained like 4 hours a day I was wondering what you recommend for me because I do handstand canes and contortion too but I am stuck at these few moves, contortion handstand, chest stands, and triple fold, I only train like 2 hours because I’m not sure what else I can do? I’m not more flexible to do other moves so what stretches should I do to be as flexible as you and to not do the same moves every day!? Thank you so much!
