Klaus was scary but Elijah was terrifying. Klaus shows he’s a monster but Elijah hides it. You think he’s being kind when he gives you his word but he always finds a loophole and dare I say if you mess with his family he would be the most terrifying to face he’s the most loyal. Even Vincent says klaus is strategic but he needs Elijah as his right hand man. Klaus is smart and uses brute strength but Elijah is cunning and has more technique which makes him slightly more fearsome in a psychological way too
