I’m trained as a pizza chef in Napoli. Sforno is the best pizza shop in SF. As good as anything I had there or learned how to make. Insane quality.

after trying this, it was a nice idea but the sauce was too hot and the cheese sloughed to the bottom of the pocket. it was incredibly messy and more trouble than it was worth to eat. I'd rather they just hand me the pizza unfolded. also I got one with a meat and the oil from that made it even harder to eat. they need to let it cool down a few minutes before folding it, would've made a huge difference. taste was good though.
