I set Claude up ONCE with my branding, business info, bank info + payment terms. Now I literally tell it who the invoice is for, the deliverables + how much I’m charging and it creates the entire thing for me in seconds. And sends it in a PDF directly in the chat. And this is just one of the ways I use AI on the backend of my business.
