I almost did a V2 by my 6th session. I needed one hand on the last hold. Slipped and sprained my knee and ankle. Is that good progress or did I push to hard.

can you give tips for leaping or share the different ways you can reach higher without leaping? i had my second climb yesterday and was stuck in this one section of a v4 because i couldn’t leap to the next hold without falling off
