@spiritualword: Positive Post! #Gunna is using this season of his life to pour into the next generation. 🙏🏾🏈 During an exclusive conversation with Spiritual Word host Nia Celé at @GunnasGreatGiveaway: Sports Edition, the #Atlanta rapper explained why he chose sports as this year’s theme. Gunna said he wanted to introduce children to sports at an early age, especially those who may not otherwise have the opportunity to attend a practice or make a team. “We want to inspire them at a young age to go do sports, go do something with your life,” Gunna shared, explaining that giving children something positive to pursue can make an impact during such an impressionable stage of their lives. Gunna also opened up about becoming a coach for his 1O Warriors 7-on-7 football team. He said one of the most rewarding parts is watching the players have fun, experience the emotions that come with competing and ultimately grow and perfect their craft. But when Nia asked what God has done for him in this season of his life, Gunna’s answer went even deeper. “God has done everything for me,” he said. “Took me through trials and tribulations, humbled me, kept me learning, kept me guided, kept me inspired.
