You’ll get plenty of practice building that every 6 months. Can’t put untreated wood in direct contact with the ground.

lots of pallets are hard woods.....they do rot, but it takes a long time. probably get 5-10 years out of it without too much trouble. pressure treated wood is way over rated btw......seen it rot as fast as anything.

Thompson's Water Seal the pallets and set them on blocks. It will last longer.
