I told my husband about the boycott and he laughed. He was in front of my on the stairs so I pushed him, he stumbled, and I asked if he thought that was funny. He did not, because he could have got hurt. I said, exactly. 😑 Bet you wouldn’t be laughing if you were laying at the bottom of the stairs.

The thing is, nothing of substance will happen. Ultimately, the men in power don’t care or care to learn. Something in their company culture is seriously lacking if no one flagged this ad or felt empowered enough to say that this ad was wrong.

The whole thing is intentional. the ad is going viral hitting audiences that would never have seen it, the company pretends to be humbled by apologizing, and the MEN will all go buy them and think its funny and showing their friends.....genius really. I bet sales go up.
