7 months ago today, i had to make one of the hardest decisions of my life, and decide to say goodbye to someone i thought i would spend the rest of my life with. at the time, it felt like that would be something i could not come out of, and that my decision was a mistake. there were countless times i regretted my decision and felt like reaching out to undo what i had done- almost as if the world would come to an end, if i didn’t. seven months later today, while i would not say that everything is perfect and life has no difficulties, it’s evident that the world didn’t come to an end. does that mean that the love you felt wasn’t real? or that things would stay this way forever? obviously, the answer is - who knows? i wish i could say that everything from that moment on has been uphill, or that everything from now on is going to be better. but the truth is that since that moment, i have lost more people, including those who i would have turned to for help. but that’s just life! there is never a clear answer of what lies ahead, but the main thing to keep in mind is that the world keeps turning, and while the next day, the next week, or even the next month may not be the best, it does get easier.
