There should be a new rule only take the E bikes if they were committing a crime other than riding them because you’ve gotta think of it teenagers with their bikes are having their dreams of their life having so much fun going out more and then there’s some police officers that will just take it from them even though they were riding safely, not getting anyone’s way being nice to people only reason this band is in place is because the government insurance costs
