Sorry disagree…first of all small companies pays less but will give the opertunity make your our own mistakes and learn. You need to grow gradually which increases your grass root level problem solving. Big companies everything is compartmentalized. You get learn very little on the same time period

You are totally wrong. You grow far better in smaller structures as you have more potential for decision making, mistakes, learning and exposure to how strategy is handled.
