Hey! Just a fellow tip as an esthetician student, you’re using a lot of exfoliation. If you’re using a retinal, a serum with salycilic acid daily plus a physical scrub it may cause more long term damage to your skin barrier, even if it feels good now. I would recommend skipping the physical scrub if you’re already exfoliating your skin almost daily as it’s not really needed and may be the cause of the breakouts you’re experiencing from over stripping your skin barrier.
