My son is 15 and he hates social media so thankfully I don’t have to deal with all that stuff with him, and my son drinks a frappe but only once in a blue moon

this is how it is at my 11 year old step daughters mom's house. she lives with us thank God and doesn't have social media or a phone at our house. she does have a tablet. it's monitored and she is allowed to be a kid at home but at mom's nope she has to act like mom's bff and an adult. makes me sick!

my son is 10 and has a phone for emergencies and some games but social media is blocked and that phone is on do not disturb during normal school hours all year round.

this is why I tell my 10 year old son he's not allowed to be on social media, 1 he's not mature enough 2, he can't even be on grade level in school 3 there's absolutely no reason why he needs to be on social media at 20 years old. thankfully he doesn't have a skin care or drinks energy drinks.
