Metformin was amazing. I had irregular periods, diabetes and had pcos. It kicked my whole system after using for 6 months. Regulated my periods, managed my pcos, my sugars became normal and became pregnant that was 17 years ago. I had diarrhea for the first 2 weeks when I started it which was a side effect and now I thank god I stuck it out. Like any med each med can effect ppl differently.

Metformin has the opposite effect for me. I lost my gallbladder decades ago, so everything went straight through. A low dose of Met slowed it down. Wish I had it years ago.

I love metformin. I have pcos and it’s lowered my A1c and helped me lose weight. 10/10 and worth the intestinal issues but mine are very minor.
