I left, but that feeling that it brings is strong every time I visit. Perhaps the church doesn’t have all the right answers but there’s a sense of peace when there.

it’s important to know exactly what you’re following when it comes to who Jesus is and the biblical Gospel, especially when teaching to others. all religions bring good, love, & peaceful feelings (like buddhism) Follow the Bible for truth, the true Gospel. Not man (especially not a man who has a multitude of bad things going on with him) who preaches DIRECT contradictions from the Bible and who JESUS IS. cmon guys. please do deep research into your religion. even the little things like you’re not allowed to drink coffee but you can have energy drinks and soda, etc. but then it gets DEEP. like denying that Jesus is God, thinking we can be Gods of our own planets one day (joseph’s teachings), Look at what the temple visits used to consist of way back when (joseph’s original design of what “jesus told him to do”, the teaching of having multiple wives (from joseph, who took many child brides) the rejection of african americans (joseph taught this), “spirit sex”, spirit children, needing temple marriage for highest level of heaven, the list goes ON AND ON. and gets worse. there was not a need for Joseph to give us his “findings”, the Bible says that it’s truth (which means the gospel and teaching within it), it says don’t add, take away, or change anything. there was no need for joseph to come and do those things. It’s human led, just like most religions are. The reason it’s so important to not follow LDS, it’s against Jesus’s true teachings and who he really is. partial truths is not FULL truth. btw. if you have to change your religion from so many things joseph smith originally preached and taught, HE MIGHT BE FALSE! there’s a reason there’s a FDLS (follow original doctrine & teachings of joseph) and now a different sector or new age mormons. please guys, do research. the true Gospel gives even more love, direction, and unity and it’s TRUE and it actually leads to an eternity of truth, who Jesus really is.

the people who say this are either naive, or willfully choosing to turn a blind eye to historical facts. I escaped the cult once I learned about Joseph Smith's fraud. if I can open a single person's eyes to his deception, and get them out, I'm happy to carry the label of "obsessed." the algorithm brings us to you. we're not just going to just swipe past the blasphemy.
