Some advice for grads applying, from someone who went through a grad program and now hires grads who get through. We don’t expect yall to know anything related to the job. We look for curiosity and enthusiasm for the field. Someone we can see who has the drive to learn and grow. In interviews, research tech trends, companies,news or hobbies that can showcase your that , we want people who actually have an interest in tech and not a surface level interest at that. The quality of grads is actually very high so you’re competing against grads who are very skilled. Gotta stand out somehow
