Players should never know the health of enemies, it removes interesting plays and the option to run away. Knowing you cannot win a fight is a crucial gameplay element and finishing a boss with a cantrip when the last player is at 5 hp… this will take away all those epic moments.

im not a fan of Boss bars in role-playing games... in real life you dont really see a percentage on someone's health. you just have to guess based on the wounds and if the enemy gets defensive or offensive. but it is a cool thing ngl!

This a very cool idea in theory, but there is several reasons boss health isn’t disclosed beyond a general description of their physical appearance.
