My Granny used to only get it when it was a tiny plant. We'd eat it. I've never seen root harvested. So interesting.

Thank you, young lady. I’ve lived in my neighborhood for over 30 years. I’ve been seeing this plant from day. One never knew what it was, but it was everywhere now I know heard a poke salad and that’s about it. I would love to learn more about this plant in its roots in its useless.
