I got hurt on July 2nd at work and I got sent to the Occupational Clinic but I couldn't get any treatments because my Manager didn't open a claim. I told him "to open up a claim because I wasn't getting the proper treatment"? He said "that it wasn't his job to open the claim"?! I ended up opening my own claim around the 9th and finally started my physical therapy almost a month later. What can I do about what the Manager failed to do???? Please, direct me in the right path!
