He’s a dismissive avoidant attachment. I didn’t know what that was until he went no contact. He has some deep rooted childhood trauma, and I don’t think he will ever get Therapy for but regardless, if he’s with me or someone else, I hope he does get the therapy he needs and finds peace. The silent treatment thing he started it and I will finish it because I’m in it for the long haul. It has nothing to do with my pride. It’s self-worth.
