I get a couple of jobs a day like this. I use my wet vac henry and suck the dirt/blockage out. 9/10 i get it removed this method is better though 👌👍🏻

Slightly off topic. My newish boiler stopped working. Condenser pipe was cleared and worked again. Engineer said if it happens again. it could be the plumbing under the sink. Year later it happened again. I disconnected the waste and pipes under the sink (filled with gunk) Cleaned then thoroughly. And it done the trick 👍

Next time I move, a full CCTV survey and jetting is happening 20mins after I get the keys. I want to know the location of all the clear outs and gulleys and any potential problems.

When I moved into temp accommodation when the washing machine was used it would back dirty water up into the sink & washing machine. Called someone out as it was creating a sulphur smell in the flat and I had a 2 week old baby. He said that the previous tenant had emptied oil down it. & it had clogged badly 😬

what would u recommend when I wash up it sometimes makes the clothes in my washing wet I have a washer dryer I hope I made sense . so I can't wash up and have the washing machine on dry mode or clothes are wet x
