soy una persona que no sabe expresarse. No porque no tenga sentimientos o porque no me importe lo que me pasa, sino porque nunca encontré la manera correcta de decirlo. Cada vez que intento hablar de algo que me duele, siento que estoy exagerando, que estoy molestando a alguien o que nadie lo va a entender realmente. Entonces me lo guardo. Me guardo los problemas, los pensamientos, las inseguridades y todas esas cosas que me dan vueltas en la cabeza cuando estoy solo. Con el tiempo me acostumbré tanto a hacerlo que ahora, cuando algo me lastima, mi primera reacción no es hablarlo, es hacer un chiste. Convertirlo en meme. Compartir una publicación que parece graciosa para que todos se rían mientras yo sé perfectamente de dónde salió esa idea. Porque es más fácil que alguien diga 'jajaja, qué identificado' a tener que responder '¿qué te pasa?' Muchas veces las personas creen que porque me ven haciendo bromas todo el tiempo, estoy bien. Creen que porque me río de todo, nada me afecta. Pero la realidad es que algunas de las personas que más hacen reír son las que menos hablan de lo que sienten. Hay días en los que tengo mucho que decir y aun así me quedo callado. Días en los que quisiera explicar lo que pasa por mi cabeza, pero simplemente no encuentro las palabras. Y no, no busco lástima. Tampoco atención. Solo creo que hay más personas como yo. Personas que convierten sus decepciones en memes, sus inseguridades en humor y sus problemas en publicaciones que parecen una broma. Personas que responden 'todo bien' aunque por dentro estén lidiando con mil cosas. Personas que escuchan a todos, pero casi nunca hablan de sí mismas. Supongo que esta es mi forma de desahogarme. Porque a veces un meme no es solo un meme. A veces una publicación triste no es solo una publicación triste. A veces es la manera más fácil que tiene alguien de decir 'no estoy tan bien como parece' sin tener que decirlo directamente
