in my opinion lumines voice acting makes her far less self insert than aether. no hate to zach but hes very anime protaganist and I find his voice acting clunky? at times. whereas lumine feels like a girl who I could have like a real conversation about anything with and from that she feels less like shes supposed to be me

the eye of greae quests actually pmo so bad 😭 (spoilers) insanely unsatisfying ending and??? we just. let a child become mold??? didn't question the mysterious shadow realm lady who kept going on about doing ANYTHING to make a utopia that just kills people??? and both paimon and the traveler were shocked when said shadow realm lady turned out to be evil??? and we lost goggles 💔

I feel like the turning point for me was when they started giving them more voicelines that they actually get to say, I was so used to lumine just being dead silent the entire time up until like sumeru kinda and then deffo Fontaine at which point she deffo felt like more of an independent character
