Heels Running Man Tutorial 👟🔥 Heels Running Man is one of the variations of the Running Man. It may look easy, but it takes quite a bit of practice to get comfortable with the movement. The tape lines are there to show foot placement and to use as a guide while practicing. You don’t have to place your feet exactly on those lines. I included the measurements because people have asked about the spacing. I’m wearing black on my right foot and white on my left foot to make it easier to see how each foot moves.
