@meggan777.swiftie: Agreed to incorrect information. His article was about schizophrenia not postpartum psychosis #lindsayclancy #reddington #day20 #court #postpartum
The way the judge turns to look at these witnesses responding just like all of us 😂😂😂😂

This and the crushed-pill testimony alone seriously damaged Saathoff's credibility for me. The way that line of questioning unfolded felt incredibly leading. He initially said Lindsay told him she “took an overdose,” but that she didn't describe it in any specific terms. He couldn't then say Lindsay had actually told him she crushed the pills, because she hadn't, so suddenly it became something she had “omitted,” which he then called “quite significant.”
Yet the information about crushed pills came from Patrick, not Lindsay. Lindsay herself has spoken about taking an overdose and the lemonade, but as far as I can find, she has never once said that she crushed those pills. Saathoff took a detail supplied by Patrick and turned Lindsay's failure to mention it into a significant “omission” in her own account.
To me, watching that exchange, it came across as Saathoff being led towards a point the Commonwealth needed and then changing the way he characterised his earlier answer to make it fit.
The crushed pills fit perfectly into the Commonwealth's argument about deliberate, sequential decision-making, especially when Saathoff then described crushing pills as a “laborious process.” In my opinion, that whole exchange felt like an attempt to take a disputed detail Lindsay herself has apparently never claimed and wrap it neatly in a bow for the Commonwealth's theory.

I’m so disgusted by this and honestly it’s made me think the mental health system is broken. My heart breaks for Lindsay and her babies. I believe Patrick did it and he snapped after the baby girl was evaluated for SA
