Went for a job interview a couple weeks ago. Towards the end she stated that it’s not normal to hire someone who doesn’t have a lot of experience except for school. I was done right there. I went to school and graduated for this exact job and you not wanting to train me is a wild thing to not hire me for 💀

And yet, I’ve got an interview outfit ready and separated from my other clothes, know my resume backwards and forwards, and obsessively prep for interviews and all I’m getting are automated rejections. One interview out of nearly 200 applications. Make that make sense

the worst part is I know I kind of people who keep trying to interviewing for jobs there really good and qualified for and they can't get to the first interview cuz they can't get past the AI looking at their resume.
