I use broccoli stems in my broccoli and cheese soup, broccoli stems is my dogs FAVORITE treat, and anything else I chop of for my birds and tortoises. I never have anything left to pickle.

there is a really cool thing you can do with your brocoli stems. first take all the brocoli stems and put them in a container. my container is 150l but you can use any size you have. secondly I put the container outside for a couple days up to a week. lastly if you take the container and put it outside your house a giant metal monster will come and eat them and give you your container back.
