I have found my NEW favourite tapas spot in Birmingham and I wish I had found it sooner 😍🇪🇸 I was invited down to Rico Libre, an independent Spanish tapas restaurant in Digbeth serving authentic, ingredient-led plates from tapas to paella and when I say EVERYTHING I tried was 10/10… I mean it 🤤 Not one dish was bad, shout out to the chefs! ALL THE DISHES were delicious, but my favourites were the goat’s cheese & spinach croquettes and the lemon hake!
