I worked for CPS for 14 years and I am so glad to see people know their rights. I've seen so many abuses of rights over that time period its not funny. If your doing your job correctly you shouldn't mind being recorded.i once had a father demand an audio recording of everything to which I agreed. No problems.

Someone didn't do their research. You have to have probable cause to get the warrant. Their is no recourse if they don't find anything, if they convinced the judge they have probable cause.
