I do this all the time when they late because don’t guarantee me 1-2 days when I I pay for prime. They refunded my whole order that was over $300 bucks

I stopped giving them grace a long time ago. They delivered my package to the wrong address and tried to give me push back because there was a picture...of the wrong house. Then wanted me to ask the neighbor? What if me and my neighbor are beefing?! I shouldn't have to go hunt my package down because y'all can't read the numbers in the mailbox. Send me another one!

I'm the same way, I'm tired of these billion dollar companies playing these games. I will also hang up on those who refuse to help and call back to talk to someone else. i had a walmart call center worker giggling and snickering while giving me the wrong code for $25 off of $45. I called and they just put thirsty dollars on my account instead, and i told them to go listen to their supposed recorded calls, I'm tired of it.
