The city of cptn should subsidize these water companies to cover people who genuinely can't pay due to job loss. There needs to be some social coverage on a basic human need

Why are you running to Social Media with things that's not in place yet
If anyone can't pay their water services due to no income then people must go visit their Local Municipal Offices dont wait until your services are disconnected because then it becomes a real challenge People must also make use of their Local Sub Council Office you will be assisted even if your local ward councilor isn't at the office the Sub Council Manager will help or assist you

When you can't pay they will simply cut off your water. They don't care these companies just want money. The DEVÎL/DOM ALLÎANCE who's allowing all this privatising, will start telling us water is not a human right.

They will cut off your services. water is not a human right. water not taken from you is a right. imagine complaining about WiFi services when you don't pay WiFi.

privatisation and/or outsourcing of municipal services is going to push people deeper into the inequality and poverty abyss. when municipalities start privatising or outsourcing municipal services such as water, refuse removal, plumbing, etc., workers at municipalities will face retrenchments. Liberal "democrats" do not like trade unions. Trade unions in the local government sector must smell the coffee
