police can pull your hair if it is deemed an objectively reasonable and necessary level of physical force to stop an active, violent attack or overcome active resistance. ■ That tells me his upper command was pressured to fire him because shes black and hes white OR it violates department policy which would be a invalid policy that isnt consistent with previous use of force rulings by SCOTUS & DOJs use of force continuum

And this is the number one thing that’s wrong with law-enforcement today. Administration is so scared of the community and focuses on pleasing the community instead of doing what’s right that officer did nothing wrong he de-escalated by whatever means he found necessary without using any type of weapon, if he would’ve stood by and that girl would’ve injured the victim then he would’ve been accused of not doing his job it’s a loose loose situation for law-enforcement nowadays. And that’s exactly why people act the way that they act and they have no respect for law-enforcement criminalize the ones that get called to help and not the one’s causing the chaos.

I learned this the hard way as a rookie. Giant group fight of young teenage girls. I started breaking up the fight. Got pushed to the ground then kicked in the face and broke my glasses. I emptied my entire can of pepper spray.
