‼️SPOILER WARNING: ‼️The kids are setting up a dance party in the beginning. Josh doesn’t want to do the dance party and wants to read his book, and is later killed in the opening credits off screen. Hannah replaces Josh, Freddy discovers Josh’s bloody book in the trash, but Buddy says it’s just red paint. Freddy and Wade feel like Buddy isn’t their friend anymore and Buddy gets hostile. They tell nurse Nancy, and as she confronts Buddy, but is killed. The kids try to escape to diamond city, but Oliver snitches on them. Oliver says buddy’s name while they hide and summons him, and buddy kills the train they were on and other puppets in the show. Buddy starts to cut Wade and says “why are you cutting yourself.” He is then set on fire, and the kids try to escape over the fence, but Oliver doesn’t make it and is stabbed through the chest with Buddy’s horn, and we see the shot of him looking through the hole with his eye (in the trailer). We cut to the real world, where Grace feels like she’s always been missing a child. She gets paranormal activity and is finally transported to Buddy’s world after he grabs her through a TV and becomes the new nurse. Buddy S/A’s Grace. Outside the walls, the kids meet two kids who cuss and do drugs, and Buddy catches up to them and kills them. The remaining kids realize diamond city isn’t real and Buddy finds them and hugs them all, because that’s the way they can “restart” the day and go back to the home. Buddy goes on a killing spree and kills the mailman, Tyler (Wade’s replacement), and Betty (the bunny). Grace sacrifices herself so the kids can go down the worry well. Buddy tries to go in to, but can’t fit so he cuts his side to fit. The kids find a puppeteer room that creates everything. Hannah and Oliver are killed off screen. Freddy escapes to the school and stabs Buddy with the mailbox she’s been carrying, and goes through a TV screen that leads her to a random Mexican family’s home, and she finally escapes.
