Toughest job being a mother without a village, period. I used to be the working mother who had to do it all, while working 9-5 it was rough, but this isn’t a competition between working moms and SAHMs. I don’t expect people to understand why a woman would want to the a SAHM mom, it’s okay it not for everyone. As a SAHM I can attest I do not rest. Chores add up while I am completing a chore 🤣. I don’t nap, I don’t eat a full meal, I don’t wear fancy clothes all my clothes cover in food and spit. This job is 24/7 on call and no PTO yet I want this so bad…at first I started because we couldn’t afford childcare, we don’t own a second car. You ask why I choose this? To keep my children safe and not missing out on their childhood. Please don’t misunderstand my choice for being SAHM as being submissive to my husband , he relies on me more than I rely on him lol I handle the finances there nothing called ‘allowances’ in this house, him and I discuss everything before taking an action like true partners. My husband wishes he could be a stay at home dad for the same reason but he works yet comes home takes the kids so I can rest, reset does piles up dishes, takes out the trash and I am thankful for him 🤗 Here I am posting my content while there is a tornado in my house called Amara crying in the background, so content creating can be my career and my goal is to provide for my children and to give them their forever house 🏠 If you are wanting to be a SAHM for you and your kids I am going to break it to you it’s not easy at all but so so worth it ♥️ #momtok #sahmlife #fypシ #foryoupage #contentcreator
