I did that once. I took over a listing that was on the market for about a year and a half. I relisted it close to 100K over and within 4 months, got an offer and closed

She told you to Google her because she was referencing her sales history, not her reviews. A Realtor can have $200M in career sales and three reviews. If the question is whether she knows the market, look at her actual production in that market.

I had a difficult experience with a realtor on the other side of the transaction and she kept telling me her centuries of experience she had. I looked up her Google profile and she had two reviews and they were both 2-3 stars 😭
